Aartzee is a business run by an individual as permitted by the law and have all the related relevant documents. We are a reselling/dropshipping platform and our delivery policy is as below.

Delivery Policy

No Cash on delivery. Orders are confirmed upon successful payments only. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 days. If an order is confirmed and product is not available, we will refund the full amount. In case of returns, opening video without cut and paste is mandatory. We will process the refund once the product is received. Refund may take up to 7 working days from the bank end to credit. Please note that returns are applicable only for damaged or defective products. 5% color variation for products are expected. No returns on offer products
